摘　　要：罪犯心理矫治已成为监狱工作科学化的热点话题,而罪犯心理水平的改善依赖于基层民警心理素质的提高,本文从提高监狱基层民警心理健康水平的必要性入手,探讨了影响监狱基层民警心理健康的主要因素,提出了提高其心理健康水平的几点建议。Psychological correction of crime has become a hot topic in scientific process of prison work, and the improvement of criminal’s psychological level depends on the improvement of police’s psychological quality at the basic level. Starting with the necessity of improving the psychological health levels of police at the basic level of the prison, this text probes into the main factor of influencing police's psychological health at the basic level of the prison, and gives some proposals to improve it.
