摘 要:目的 观察电磁波急性辐射对大鼠神经行为功能及海马组织病理的损伤效应。方法 以65 mW/cm2电磁波急性辐照大鼠20 min,通过主动回避反应和一次性被动回避反应观察大鼠学习记忆能力变化,并对海马组织切片进行病理观察和细胞凋亡原位检测。结果 电磁波辐照后可导致大鼠学习记忆功能障碍、海马脑区组织病理损伤和神经细胞凋亡,并于辐照后即刻至3 h以及辐射后24 h形成两次损伤高峰。结论 电磁波急性辐照具有特异性的中枢神经继发损伤效应,其导致的神经行为功能损伤早于组织病理损伤,且电磁波诱导的海马神经细胞凋亡可能是学习记忆功能损伤的主要原因之一。Objective To observe the injury effect on learning and memory ability, pathological change in hippocampus of rats induced by electromagnetic wave acute irradiation. Methods The rats were radiated 20min by 65mV/cm2 electromagnetic wave. The learning and memory ability of rats were tested by active avoidance response and passive avoidance reaction. The pathological changes and the neuron apoptosis in hippocampus were determined. Results After electromagnetic wave acute irradiation, learning and memory deficit, pathological changes and neuron apoptosis in hippocampus were observed. And there were twice notable injury from Oh to 3h and 24h after irradiation. Conclusion The acute irradiation of electromagnetic wave can induce special delayed injury effects on central nervous system. Learning and meomory deficit occurred earlier than pathological changes in hippocampus after exposed to electromagnetic acute irradiation. The neuron apoptosis in hippocampus induced by electromagnetic acute irradiation maybe contributed to the deficit of learning and memory.
