摘　　要：高技术企业成功的一个重要前提就是维持技术的先进性。目前,中国的高技术企业与发达国家同类企业之间存在着较大的技术势差。中国高技术企业要在激烈的竞争中存在下去,实施技术跨越战略是其必然的选择。然而由于历史的原因,我国高技术企业自身内部存在着一些缺陷,从而不利于技术跨越的实现。分析这些不利条件,并采取相应的、有针对性的对策,有利于我国高技术企业克服自身不足之处,成功地实现技术的跨越式发展。One of the essential prerequisites for hi-tech enterprises is to keep their technology advanced. There is a great technology gap between Chinese hi-tech enterprises and their foreign adversaries. In order to survive in keen competition, Chinese hi-tech enterprises have to implement technological spanning strategy. However, there are a series of unfavourable factors in Chinese hi-tech enterprises, which will make a notable negative impact on their technological spanning. Analyzing these factors and adopting appropriate countermeasures will be beneficial to Chinese hi-tech enterprises to overcome their own shortcomings and realize technological spanning.
