摘 要:采用应对方式问卷、SCL-90、16PF和多维度-多归因因果量表对体育专科生364人进行测试,并作相关性分析及多元逐步回归分析,研究体育专科生应对方式与心理健康的相关性及应对方式的影响因素。结果表明:致力解决问题等三种应对方式有利于体育专科生的心理健康,而希望性想象等两种应对方式不利于体育专科生的心理健康。应对方式的采用受其个性特质和心理控制源的影响。在体育专科生心理卫生教育中应重视应对技巧教育和内控性归因指导及个性的完善。364 college physical education students served as objects were tested and analyzed by questionnaire, SCL-90, 16PF and a multiple dimension inductive scale to study the responding ability of the students and its relationship with mental health as well as with other influencing factors. The results show that there are three ways of responding that are featured by problem solution are good for students' mental health, while two ways of responding featured by imagination are not favorable for students' mental health. Adoption of responding way is influenced by student' s own personality and psychological self - control. It is thus suggested that skills of responding and self-control should be stressed in mental and health education of students and their personality be perfected.
