健身秧歌舞对中年女性心肺功能的影响

摘  要:人到中年,心肺功能开始逐渐衰退。通过对45名中年女性实施12周健身秧歌舞的练习,研究健身秧歌舞对提高中年女性心肺功能的作用,结果发现健身秧歌舞可降低安静心率与血压、提高台阶实验指数、增加肺活量。The function of heart and lung dramatically degraded after people reached their middle age. This study investigated the effects of Yangge dancing on improving females’ heart and lung functioning. After 12-week exercises on Yangge dancing, 45 middle-aged females had decreased their resting heart rate and blood pressure. Their step test index and vital lung capacity were increased obviously. These results indicated that Yangge dancing is an appropriate exercise for middle-aged females.
