摘　　要：馆长是图书馆中的组织者和决策人 ,图书馆的有效管理有赖于馆长成功地运用管理艺术 ,使图书馆形成良好的、和谐的、民主的、有序的团队氛围。本文重点论述了馆长运用宽而不纵 ,严而不苛的刚柔相济管理艺术的效能与方法 。A libarian in charge of a library is an organizer and policy maker in a library.The effective management of a library depends on the managing art that the librarian in characy of it succeeds in applying for forming a team characterized by harmony,managing art.Meanwhile,it also discusses about the cultizating ways to form the ability of applying the art effectively.
