高校旅游管理创新人才培养措施探究

摘　　要：旅游业是一个新兴的产业,高校旅游教育更是近二十年才逐渐发展起来的。由于它植根在旧的模式上,而且许多学校的旅游专业是由地理、历史、外语等专业转向建立的,在人才培养模式、课程结构、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面问题不少,本文针对目前高校旅游教育的现状,结合我院旅游教学实践,对旅游管理创新人才培养模式及各项培养措施进行研究。Travel is one of the new industries.The tourism management education in university has just developed nearly twenty years.Because of the ole mode and the major establishment from geography,history and foreign language majors in many universities.The tourism management education has so many problems in the mode of training,the structure of curriculums,the content of courese and the methods of teaching.In the thesis according to the situation of the tourism management education in university the modes and measures training for The tourism management talent is researched integrating our teaching practice of the tourism management education.
