摘　　要：新时期高校德育课教学要增强实效性 ,就应突出“五性” ,即 :突出目标的针对性、突出内容的时代性、突出方法的主体性、突出环境的人文性。To teach moral Education in higher learning in the new era,we should have a specific aim and take teaching method as a principle part and we should give prominence to adapted contents,the humanifg of the environment and teachers should set an example to the students.
