香型氧化亚硫酸化菜油加脂剂的研制及应用(Ⅲ)-香型复合加脂剂的应用研究

摘　　要：对香型复合氧化亚硫酸化菜油皮革加脂剂的应用性能和应用工艺 ,进行了深入的研究 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。在猪服装革上的应用试验表明 :所研制的复合型加脂剂渗透性好 ,加脂革中的油脂含量高 ,废液中残留的加脂剂少 ,其综合加脂性能优异 ,达到了分子设计的要求 ,是符合绿色化学概念的加脂剂产品。经香型复合加脂剂加脂的猪绒面革 ,其香味保留达 8个月以上。The product property and application technology of the scent type oxidized and sulfiting rapeseed oil leather fat-liquor agent were studied. Optimum technology parameters were confirmed. Fat-liquoring application experiments were done on pigskin garment leather. The results showed that the prepared compounded fat liquor agent have good permeability, high combined oil in leather, little fat liquor agent residue in the fat-liquoring liquor and excellent fat-liquoring property which meet the requirement of molecular-design. This product is an eco-friendly fat liquor agent. The scent of pigskin garment leather extend over 8 months which fat liquored with the scent fat liquor agent
