环保型速溶性淀粉胶的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了以玉米淀粉、木薯淀粉为原料,加入次氯酸钠、烧碱,经氧化、预糊化等复合变性后,再配以胶联剂混合粉碎复配而成的淀粉胶。产品溶于冷水就可以产生特殊胶粘度,使用方法简单易操作,根据需要与水按一定比例混合,搅拌5～10min即可使用。该产品呈粉末状,含水低,混合粉碎后流动性好,色泽洁白,干燥速度快。加入3%～15%左右的脲醛树脂后,可提高其耐水性和粘结力,且大大降低甲醛的残留量,游离甲醛可降低至0.5%以下。This article introduced take the corn starch, the maniocca as the raw material,Joins the sodium hypochlorite, the sodium hydrate,after oxidation, predextrinize and so on compound denaturation,again matches by the rubber association medicinal preparation mixcrushes duplicate matches the starch glue which but becomes. The product dissolves in cold water may have the special rubber viscosity,the application method is simple, and easy to operate,according to need and water certain proportion mix,stirs the 5～10 min then to use. This product becomes powdery,contains water-lowly,after the mix smashing the fluidity is good,The lustre is pure white,the drying velocity is quick. After joins 3%～15% about the urea resin,may enhance its water resistance and the cohesion,also reduces the residual of formaldehyde greatly,free formaldehyde was reduced lower than 0.5%.
