试论生产力内在矛盾运动对考试活动的必然选择

摘　　要：生产力组成要素中,由需要而引起的人的因素与物的因素的作用与反作用,是生产力内在矛盾运动的表现形式。考试通过对劳动者的评价,使生产力三要素在质态上实现匹配,量态上达到均衡,时间上配合适应。人类生存发展的需要,构成了考试活动对生产力内在矛盾运动发生作用的逻辑起点。考试活动之所以成为生产力内在矛盾运动的必然选择,主要是因为:它调整社会成员的智能结构,增强劳动者认识、改造自然的能力;它甄别劳动者个体的身心差异,实现人尽其才,才尽其用;考试活动引导社会价值观,为生产力内在矛盾运动创造良好的环境。Among all the factors of the productivity, the common requirement causes the impact and the reaction between the human factors and substantial factors, which shows the inherent contradiction of the productivity. Examination can carry out the three factors of productivity to suit each other through appraising the workers, especially to fit in quantity ,to balance in measurement, and to adapt on time. The survival requirement of the human being constitutes the logical premise to think about the inherent contradiction of the productivity made by the examination. There are such reasons below why the examination becomes the natural choice the inherent contradiction of the productivity: the examination adjusts the mental structure of the human being and develops the ability to recognize and rebuild nature; the examination identifies the difference of the individuality and makes everyone realize his or her own potentials; the examination guides the concept of the social value and creates the best environment for the movement of the inherent contradiction of the productivity.
