我省高等教育改革发展的基本态势与兰州师专改革发展的目标定位

摘　　要：高等教育是推动经济社会全面发展的一种强势力量 ,是实施科教兴国战略和可持续发展战略的一项基础性工程。伴随着近年来扩招的持续进行 ,一场从结构到体制 ,从层次到规模 ,从速度到效益的高等教育改革在全国范围内全面展开 ,甘肃作为经济欠发达省份 ,必须把高等教育的改革与发展作为实现超常规跨越式发展目标的基础性工程 ,摆在优先发展的战略地位。以高等教育的超常规跨越式发展促进和带动全省经济社会的超常规跨越式发展。我们从高等教育改革与发展的基本趋势出发 。The higher education is the strong force for pushing th e comprehensive developmeng of economy and society and if also serves as the basic project for developing a country by the sustainable strategy of introducing sci ence and thchnolo-gy.Along with the on-going enlargement of enrollment in the re cent years,the county-wide education reform of the higher education is being obs erved in the different aspect:form structure to system,from level to scale,from speed to the efficiency,Gansu province,as an economically underdeveloped provinc e,should give priority to the reform and development of higher education and tak e them as the basic development project of realizing the extraordinary spanning- over development in its development.The spanning-over development in the higher e ducation of Gan su will provide enough impetus to the spanning-over development in the provincia l economic and social development.We can explore the objectives of the developme nt of Lanzou Teachers College on the basis of the basic trends of the higher edu cation.
