摘 要:针对分解槽进料管较短、容易结疤,进料量难以用常规的过程检测仪表进行检测等问题,总结了进料阀门的局部阻力系数与开度的关系。根据汇流伯努利方程推导出高位槽液位、进料阀门及进料流量的函数关系,从而建立了进料流量的软测量模型。利用该模型,设计了一个进料流量控制器,实现进料流量的优化设定和稳定控制。现场实验数据表明,流量控制器仿真度高,进料流量软测量模型的预报相对误差在2.06%以内,可满足现场实际需要。With reference to difficult measure of influx because the tube is short and aluminate solution is like to form scar, the relation of parameter of local resistance and opening degree of the valve was discussed. The function relation of between height of the high cell, opening degree of the valve and flur was deduced based on a coflux Bernoulli's equation, hence the soft-sensing model to compute influr was put forward. Using this model, the controler of in-flux was designed. It realized optimizing designation and steady control of influx. The practical result shows that the true fidelity was high and the forecasting relative error was in 2.06% and could satisfy the practical application.
