论英语无动词分句与双重谓语之异同

摘　　要：英语无动词分句与双重谓语在结构形式上很相似,都是用来修饰主句,说明主句的主语在做某件事时所特有的方式或所处的状态。仔细推敲,它们在结构形式以及语义等方面都有同有异,它们之间的异同很值得探讨。Verbless Clause and Double Predicate in English look similiar in construction,they both are used to modify to the main subject and to explain what state the subject is in when it is doing a certain kind of thing.However they have similarities and differences in construction and meaning.
