伴有-5/5q-异常的急性髓系白血病的临床和细胞遗传学分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨伴有染色体 -5 / 5 q-异常的急性髓系白血病的临床预后及实验室特征。方法 :采用骨髓细胞直接法和 2 4h短期培养法制备染色体 ,用 R显带技术进行细胞遗传学分析。对 6例患者进行白血病细胞表面免疫标志分析 ,患者分别接受高三尖杉酯碱或柔红霉素、阿糖胞苷为主的方案治疗。随访治疗结果和生存期。结果 :6例患者细胞遗传学分析均有 5号染色体的异常 ,-5或5 q-。患者化疗后 5例未能获得完全缓解 ,1例完全缓解。中位生存期为 9个月。结论 :-5 / 5 q-染色体异常是急性髓系白血病中一种少见的核型异常 ,其临床预后差。Objective:To investigate the clinical and laboratory characteristics of six acute myeloid leukemia with -5/5q- translocation.Methods:Bone marrow cell chromosome karyotype analysis were carried out with direct method and short-term Cluture and R-banding technique.Immunophenotype analysis was carried out by flow cytometry.Six patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML) were treated with HA regimen chemotherapy and follow-up.Results:Six AML patients with -5/5q- translocation were identified.Five patients did not get complete remission and one got complete remission.The median surrival time was 8 months.Conclusions:-5/5q- translocation is a rare chromosome abnormality with AML and the prognosis in very poor.
