摘 要:分析了浸管式油炸设备内的传热过程 ,采用经典的对流、辐射关联式编写了计算机程序。并将计算结果与实测数据进行了比较。结果表明 :计算结果与实测数据较为吻合。并指出 :浸管式油炸设备的热工计算 ,既不能采用仅考虑辐射换热的锅炉炉膛内的传热计算模式 ,也不能采用仅考虑对流换热的普通换热器内的传热计算模式 ,而必须同时考虑辐射与对流的作用 ,才能获得满意的结果。文中还给出了计算的分段数对计算精度的影响。Combustion and heating process proceeded inside the immersion tube oil frying equipments is analyzed. The compute program is written with classic convection radiation connection. By comparing the calculation result with the solid measure data, it is founded that both of them are almost the same. The paper points out that the hot equilibrium calculation on this kind of apparatus can not only use the method on a boiler essence where heat radiation is considered only, but also use the method on a common heat changer where the heat convection is considered only. Both of them must be considered at the same time so that to acquires the satisfied result. It is given at the last in the text that the calculating segment number affects the calculating accuracy. It is valuable for design of immersion tube oil frying equipments.
