摘　　要：目的:利用鼻唇沟区的特殊解剖结构设计皮瓣修复颜面部软组织缺损。方法:采用面动脉主干、内眦动脉、眶下动脉等为蒂设计多种形式的鼻唇沟皮瓣35个,治疗31例。结果:全部病例皮瓣均成活,功能及形态满意,受区疤痕不明显。结论:鼻唇沟皮瓣具有血运丰富、皮瓣颜色、质地相称,无论青少年或老年人供区均可直接拉拢缝合而疤痕不明显,而且手术较简单,皮瓣安全可靠,手术一次成功等优点。Objective:To introduce a method for repairing soft tissue defects of the nose, the upper and lower lip and the lower lid with nasolabial flaps.Methods:The major facial artery or angular artery or infraorbital artery nosolabial flap was used in 31 cases. Results: The flap of all cases survived. It gives the best color and texture match. the donor site within 3cm can be directly sutured and its scar along the nasolabial crease is vague despite of the age. Conclusion:The nasolabial flap has rich blood supply. The ooperation is simple and no second stage procedure is needed. Flap is safe and reliable. The appearance is satisfactory.
