摘 要:首先提出研究企业并购协同效应形成机制的新思路,强调企业并购过程中的关键联系是寻求企业并购协同效应形成机制的基本出发点;接着,从一般意义上证明了"关键联系普遍存在于人类社会各种错综复杂的联系之中"这一结论,进而得出"关键联系也普遍存在于企业并购过程中"这一推论,从而为从关键联系角度有效地研究企业并购协同效应形成机制提供了坚实的理论基础。The new thought of exploring formation mechanism of synergy in enterprise merger& acquisitions is presented. The key relations in the course of enterprise merger& acquisitions are the basis in exploring formation mechanism of synergy. That the key relations commonly exist in all complex relations of human beings is proved, and the conclusion that the key relations also commonly exist in the course of merger& acquisitions is drawn. A strong theoretic basis for effectively exploring the formation mechanism of merger& acquisitions from the view of key relations is provided.
