摘　　要：本文从“绿色技术创新”与“可持续发展”的概念入手 ,结合其本质和特点 ,分析了两者的互动关系 ,在此基础上探讨了绿色技术创新在西北地区可持续发展战略中的必要性和可行性 ,最后试提出绿色技术创新对西北地区可持续发展的启示。This article begins with concept of environmental sound technology innovation(ES TI)and sustainable development combined with its' essence and characteristic,ana l yzes the interaction relation and discusses the necessity and feasibility of EST I in the sustainable development strategy of the Northwest China on this basis. Finally,the paper presents enlightenments of ESTI in Northwest China.
