摘  要:目的 :通过 2次注血的方法建立鼠脑血管痉挛模型。方法 :2 1只雄性Wistar大白鼠随机分为对照组、一次注血组、二次注血组 ,分别经额钻孔沿蛛网膜下腔插导管于Willis环处 ,对照组注入生理盐水 15 0 μl、一次注血组注入自体血 15 0 μl、二次注血组在 1次注血后2 4h再次注入 10 0 μl。结果 :①大体观察 :2次注血组开颅取脑见大量血液积聚于Willis环处 ,大脑前中动脉、基底动脉均被陈旧性血凝块包裹 ,前颅窝底、蝶鞍及后颅窝处均有陈旧性血凝块残留 ;一次注血组有陈旧性血凝块 ,但量较少 ,对照组无异常。②rCBF测定 :一次及二次注血组rCBF值均较对照组低 (P <0 .0 1) ;二次注血组与一次注血组比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。③微血管形态学观察及图象分析 :一次注血组血管总面积和血管数较对照组降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而平均血管面积与对照组比较差异无显著性 ;二次注血组血管总面积、平均血管面积均与对照组和一次注血组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :一次注血后微血管开放减少 ,二次注血后发生脑血管显著痉挛。 2次注血可制成恒定的鼠脑血管痉挛模型。Objective: To establish a rat cerebral vasospasm model induced by double intracisternal injection of blood. Methods: Twenty one Wistar rats were divided into three groups: control group receiving intracisternal injection of 0.15 ml normal saline, single injection group receiving intracisternal injection of 0.15 ml autologous nonheparinized blood and double injection group receiving intracisternal injection of 0.10 ml blood 24 h after first injection of bolld. Results:(1) Gross observation: There were a large amount of blood gathering in the cerebral arterial circle at the double injection group after opening their cranium and fetching their brain. And outmoded blood clot surrounded the anterior cerebral artery and basilar artery. There was also outmoded blood clot around anterior cranial fossa,sphenoidal saddle and posterior cranial fossa. While there was few outmoded blood clot in the single injection group and there was abnormal the control group. (2)rCBF: The rCBF in the single and double injection groups were less than that in the control group( P <0.01); Meanwhile, the rCBF in the double injection group was also significantly less than that in the single injection group( P <0.01). (3) Microvascular graphic analysis: The total microvascular counts in the single injection group were less than that in the control group( P <0.01), while there was no significant different in mean microvascular area between the single injection group and the control group. There were significant differences in total and mean microvascular area between the double injection group and other groups( P <0.01). Conclusion: The opening of microvasular would decrease after single injection and after double injection there would appear obvious cerebral vasospasm. The method of double intracisternal injection of blood to induce rat cerebral vasospasm model is simple and reliable.
