摘  要:目的探讨以化瘀通络为组方原则的愈痫灵 (YXL)颗粒剂对慢性致痫大鼠氨基酸含量的影响。方法采用腹腔注射戊四氮 (PTZ)造成慢性癫痫大鼠模型 ,以高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)检测海马区氨基酸的含量。结果愈痫灵颗粒剂可明显减轻癫痫大鼠发作程度或缩短发作时间 ;使癫痫大鼠海马区兴奋性氨基酸Glu、Asp的含量减少 ,抑制性氨基酸GABA含量升高 ,与模型组比较具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论愈痫灵颗粒剂可调节海马区兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸含量的平衡失调 。Objective To investigate the effects of Yuxianling Granule (YXLG) on the content of amino acid (AA) in hippocampus of rats with chronic epilepsia induced by pentylenetetrazol injection.Methods The animal model with chronic epilepsia was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetetrazol.Then, YXLG was given to these modeling animals and AA content in hippocampus was detexmined by the end of experiment with HPLC. Results The animals in treating group showed significantly improved general behavior manifestation. Moreover, the contents of excitatory AAs (EAAs) like Glu and Asp were significantly reduced and that of inhibitory AA like GABA was markedly elevated in hippocampus of these animals treated with YXLG, when compared with that of modeling animals.Conclusions YXLG may bring about therapeutic effects on epilepsy via regulating the contents of EAAs and IAAs to keep them in a balanced satuation among these experimental amimals.
