胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞CD44v6检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨测定胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)CD44变异体6(CD44v6)含量的临床意义。方法应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测50例胃癌患者癌肿切除术前及术后1周和20例正常对照者PBLCD44v6含量。结果胃癌患者术前PBLCD44v6含量9.72%±6.65%,比正常对照组的3.11%±1.15%及术后1周的4.44%±2.33%明显增高(均P<0.01);III+IV期胃癌患者PBLCD44v6含量12.56%±6.97%,明显高于I+II期者的6.89%±3.37%(P<0.05);有淋巴转移胃癌患者PBLCD44v6含量11.29%±5.36%,明显高于无转移者的7.32%±4.28%(P<0.05)。结论应用FCM检测胃癌患者PBLCD44v6含量对胃癌诊断、术前评价及术后疗效观察具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of contents of CD44 variant 6(CD44v6) in peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL)of patients with gastric cancer.Methods The contents of CD44v6 were determined by flow cytometry in PBL of 50 patients with gastric cancer before surgery and one week after radical gastrectomy and 20 normal controls.Results The contents of CD44v6 in PBL were significantly higher in patients with gastric cancer(9.72%±6.65%)before surgery compared with those of controls(3.11%±1.15%,P<0.001). In patients with gastric cancer the CD44v6 contents were decreased significantly after gastrectomy (4.44%±2.33%,P<0.01)and those with stage III+IV were significantly higher than those with stage I+II(12.56%±.6.97% vs 6.89%±3.37%,P<0.05). The patients with lymph node metastasis showed significantly elevated CD44v6 levels than those without lymph node metastasis(11.29%±5.36% vs 7.32%±4.28%,P<0.05).Conclusion CD44v6 levels in PBL may be of important clinical value in diagnosis and evaluation for patients with gastric cancer.
