摘　　要：选拔优秀的青少年手球运动后备人才,是提高我国手球运动水平的关键所在,而在以往的选材过程中,以经验选材的现象依然存在。文章就科学地选材的原则、选材中的主要指标等问题进行了分析,提出了对选材的认识,以求提高青少年手球运动员选材的成功率。The key point of improving the level of China's handball sports lies in selecting excellent juvenile handball reserve candidates.But the reserve candidates forces used to be selected according to selecters' experience. This article analyzes the principle and major standards of selecting handball players and puts forward some ideas for selecting reserve candidates, aiming at improving the success rate of selection.
