摘　　要：阐述了新形势下高校干部考察总体指导思想,明确要求,探讨新形势下干部队伍建设的新思路。This article states the general guiding ideology of the cadre investigation work of the colleges and universities in the new situation, and defines the requirements, and explores the new ideas of the construction of the ranks of cadres in the new situation as well.
