实施素质教育系统工程 造就高素质复合型人才——回眸达县师专社会科学系学生素质教育

摘　　要：学生素质教育是教育工作者的永恒课题。创建于1987年的达县师专社会科学系经过多年探索和实践,在1998年制定的《关于加强学生文化素质教育的实施办法》的基础上,又于2002年制定了《社科系关于进一步加强学生素质教育的实施办法》,提出了"一知、二守、三讲、四会"为主要内容的学生素质教育系统工程,经过多年的实践,取得了明显成效,基本上达到了培养造就高素质复合型人才的目的。Students quality education is a constant topic for the educators. Department of Social Sciences of Daxian Teachers College founded in 1987, through exploration and practice, based on the Implement Method of Strengthening Students'Cultural Quality Education in 1998, sets down the Implement Method of Further Reinforcing Students'Quality Education in 2002, which puts forward the contents of 'one know', 'two obeys', 'three speaks'and 'four cans'.This education systematic project makes apparent achievement and reaches the aims of producing versatile talents with high quality.
