摘　　要：主要论述了车辆监控与管理系统的工作原理，通信链路的选择以及软、硬件设计思想，提出了一套实用的车辆监控系统设计方案，最后通过应用实例说明系统设计的可行性。This paper describes the theory of the system for vehicle monitoring and management,theselection of communication link,and the idea of software and hardware design in the system.Thenone design scheme about vehicle monitoring and management system is provided.Finally,a practicalsample is given to show that the system is feasible and reasonable.
