Studies on Financing of Compulsory Education in China:Past, Present and Future

摘　　要：本文回顾了过去 2 0年来我国义务教育财政研究的成就 ,分别就 7个领域中已有的研究进行了总结和分析 ,包括教育投资的总量和比例问题、教育经费在三级教育中的分配问题、多元化筹资体制研究、义务教育投入分配的公平性问题、义务教育成本与家庭教育负担、义务教育投资的效益与效率问题、义务教育财政体制与转移支付制度研究。最后对于未来研究提出了建议。The paper provides a comprehensive review of studies on financi ng of compulsory education in China over the past twenty years. Studies that are c ategorized into seven sub-research fields are analyzed including: total amount of educational investment in the Chinese economy and society, allocation of educ ational investment among levels and types of education, the multi-channel appro ach to fund-raising in compulsory education, equity in school finance, private educational costs and family educational burdens, efficiency and effectiveness i n compulsory education finance, the system of compulsory education finance and i nstitutional arrangements for fiscal transfers. The paper concludes with suggest ions for future research.
