女中专生非智力因素发展探析

摘　　要：本研究对336名女中专生进行了调查,目的是探讨智力因素、非智力因素对女中专学生学业成绩的影响。结果表明,非智力因素与学业成绩存在较大的正相关,与智力因素共同影响学习成绩。针对女中专生这一特殊群体自身的特点,中专学校应采取有效的措施加强女中专生非智力因素的发展。In this study, a total of 336 girl students who came from the secondary specialized school served as subjects . This research discusses the influences of intelligence factors and non - intelligence factors on students' academic achievement. The results show that there is a distinct direct correlation between academic achievement and non-intelligence factors. According to the characteristic of girl students in secondary specialized school, we should take effective measures to strengthen the development of non - intelligence factors.
