摘  要:本文试图从属性要素结构特征和管理五个方面来概括拍顿·R·克拉克关于高等教育的组织观点认为其对开阔视野促进研究具有重要意义笔者认为高等教育系统应关注自身的知识生产和传播能力改善高校与政府和市场的关系并运用多学科的视角来研究构建我国的高等教育学科最后对伯顿R克拉克的矩阵结构观点提出了几点质疑,。This paper tries to summarize Burton R· Clark's organizational view on higher education in five aspects including its attribution, elements, structure, feature as well as management, and considers it very significant to widen our horizons and further the research. On the basis of it, this paper points out that the higher education system should pay attention to its ability to produce and distribute knowledge, the relationship among higher education, government and market should be bettered and we could adapt the multi-discipline perspective to construct our Chinese higher education discipline as well. Finally, the author puts forward some individual queries about Burton R· Clark's view on matrix structure in higher education organization.
