下丘脑性生长激素缺乏症患儿骨代谢的研究

摘　　要：本文对50例下丘脑性生长激素缺乏症患儿测定了血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶,尿羟脯氨酸水平以及桡、尺骨骨矿物质含量、骨密度等,并着重观察二种不同剂量的 GHRH 和 hGH 治疗3月后对上述指标的不同影响。结果提示:①患儿组骨代谢指标显著低于正常对照组;②三种不同方案治疗3月后随访:在改善骨代谢指标上,以 hGH 组为最明显,而二种不同剂量的 GHRH 短期内对上述指标改善不明显,且未见剂量依赖关系存在.Serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase (AKP),hydroxyproline/cretinine ratioradial,ulnal bone mineral content (BBC),bone density (BMC/BW) were analysed in 50 children with hypethalamic growth hormone deficiency (GHD).Meanwhile,we observed the effects of two different therapeutic doses of GHRH 1-29/hGH for 3 months on these bone metabolic parameters.As a result,we found that,in patients group,these bone meta bolic parameters were significently lower than that in control group.After 3 months the- rapy,it is shown that hGH is best in improving these parameters,while two different doses of GHRH were not found significentlr effective in this short time,and there is no dose dependent relationship.
