谷氨酸生产菌T_6-13抗噬菌体菌株BM91-1的选育

摘　　要：谷氨酸生产菌株T_6-13经紫外线诱变获得抗6株噬菌体突变株BM91—1,其产酸能力达4.66g/dl,与原生产菌株水平近似。该菌株具抗噬菌体突变株的所有特征。A strain BM91-1 having resistance to 6 phages was obtained from the glutamic acid-producing strain T6-13 after mutation with UV. Under the optimum culture conditions the average yields of glutamic acid of the new strain was 4. 66g/dl and similar to that of the original strain. The strain possessed all characters of phage-resistant mutant.
