现代远程教育外聘师资库建设及管理的思考

摘　　要：合适的师资是人才培养模式改革和现代远程开放教育试点工作得以顺利开展的根本保障师资建设问题也是试点工作在展开过程中的重要课题,而外聘教师是试点师资队伍的重要组成部分。本文对外聘教师的历史发展进行了考察并在对现行试点外聘教师模式描述的基础上,论证和剖析了外聘教师对于试点发展的宏微观作用,就试点工作有关加强对外聘教师的科学管理、激励等问题作粗浅探讨,期望对有关问题之解决有所启发。Appropriate teacher resources ensure the successful reform of talent training mode and accomplishment of experimental work of modern distance and open education Outsourcing teachers are an important component of teaching resources in experimental schools. By observing the history of outsourcing tercher engagement and investigating its present mode, this paper analyses their macroscopic and microscopic functions in the experimental work and explores the issues like how to supervise and motivate the oursourcing teachers, which might be helpful to solve the corresponding problems.
