摘 要:目的探讨梗死面积不同的急性脑梗死患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)及血小板α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)水平及其临床意义。方法采用硝酸还原法和双抗体夹心酶联吸附法测定116例急性脑梗死患者进行血浆NO及GMP-140水平,并分别和41例正常对照组比较,同时将脑梗死的血浆NO及GMP-140水平作直线相关分析。结果脑梗死组患者血浆NO含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),血浆NO含量与梗死灶大小明显负相关(P<0.01);脑梗死组患者血浆GMP-140含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),血浆GMP-140含量与梗死灶呈正相关。急性脑梗死患者血浆NO和GMP-140之间没有直线相关性(r=0.067,P>0.05)。结论急性脑梗死血浆NO及GMP-140水平的测定,对估计梗死灶面积与病情有很重要的价值。Objective To explore the alterations of nitric oxide (NO) and granule membrane patein 140 (GMP 140) plasma levels in patient with acute cerebral infarction of different volume and its clinical significance. Methods Nitrate reductase assay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were employed respectively to detect NO and GMP 140 levels in the plasma of 116 acute cerebral infarction cases and 41 normal controls. The correlation between plasma NO and GMP 140 levels was evaluated. Results In acute cerebral infarction, the level of plasma NO was sigmificantly lower than normal control group (P< 0.01). There was negative correlation between NO levels and the volume of infraction (P< 0.01), but the patients with acute cerebral infarction had higher GMP 140 level than the controls(P< 0.01). It was positively correlated with the volume of infraction(P< 0.01). However, no linear correlation between NO and GMP 140 levels was found in acute cerebral infarction (r=0.067,P >0.05). Conclusion The plasma levels of NO and GMP 140 in patients with acute cerebral infarction have an important value for judging clinical conditions and the volume of infraction after stroke onset.
