摘　　要：用 ANSYS软件对某集装箱半挂车车架进行了结构拓扑优化设计。探讨了拓扑优化设计过程中 ,基本结构建立、优化过程控制及优化结果分析与应用等问题 ,分析了 ANSYS软件中有关拓扑优化函数的应用方法。实现了拓扑优化方法在汽车结构的初始设计过程中的应用。This work is an attempt to introduce the optimal design of topology in the initial stage of design of continuum structures to obtain better design of structures. In this paper the formulas of homogenization method is briefly presented. The topology optimization of the frame of container semi-dragging trucks by means of ANSYS software is carries out. The design process is described in detail. The problem of determining the original structure of the frame of container semi-dragging trucks and controlling the process of the optimization is considered. The result of the topology optimization of the frame is analyzed. The application of the technology of the topology optimization in the automobile structure design is realized.
