微格教室的设计

摘　　要：随着知识更新速度的加快,终身学习日益成为人们普遍形成的观念。在职学习的人员越来越多。在单项技能的培训中,由于微格教室具有非常有效的作用,因此,当今微格教室的使用仍不可被取代。但传统的微格教室在具体设计中存在一定的问题。该文从微格教室设计的原则、微格教室所应有的功能以及微格教室设计中所应注意的问题三个方面进行了简单的探讨。With the acceleration of knowledge updating,life-learning has become a common conception. More and more people at work attend various training at spare time.Microclassroom is a dispensable tool in the process of sometraining. However, the design of traditional Microclassroomshould be improved to adapt to the developing trainingrequirements. The paper discusses functions and design rules of microclassroom and introduces the matters that should be paid attention to during the design.
