摘　　要：培养和激发学生的学习兴趣是教育工作的重要内容,学生的学习兴趣直接影响学生的学习效果。因此在英语教学中总结以下方法来培养和激发学生的学习兴趣:1)提高学生的学习热情,变被动学习为主动学习;2)对基础差的学生适当降低难度。3)重点突出、主次分明。抓住要害重点操练。4)消除学生学习英语的恐惧心理。5)运用知识的魅力激发学生的学习兴趣。It is very important for educational job to develop and arouse the students'interest because the interest can influence the learning result directly. The following is the methods to achieve it: Firstly, stimulating the students to have enthusiasm for learning and change them from studying passively to actively. Secondly, lowering the difficult degree properly for the students with little knowledge. Thirdly, emphasizing on the importance and practising it. Fourthly, Femoving the fear of learning English. In the end, making full use of the characteristic of the knowledge to arouse the students'leaming interest
