摘　　要：韩非的仁义观是以“公”为根本内核的。从“公”的原则出发,韩非从三个方面论述了仁 的含义;从“公”的角度,韩非批判了儒家的仁义观;在“公”的高度上,韩非吸收了道家仁义观的内 容。韩非的仁义观虽有历史的进步性,但其缺陷也是非常明显的。The kernel of Han Fei's viewpoint about virtue and morality is justice. He discussed the meanings of virtue and morality from three aspects, animadverted on the confucianist viewpoint about virtue and morality, and absorbed the Taoist one about virtue and morality on the basis of the justice principles.
