转嫁高校在国家助学贷款中的风险的设想

摘　　要：高校的本职工作应该是培养学生和科学研究,虽然在国家助学贷款中,学校也是受益者,但毕竟是间接受益者,让学校承担独自违约的风险责任,对学校而言是不太公平的。因此,为了使高校不偏离正常的工作,转嫁高校的风险责任,使学校在助学贷款中更好的发挥中介作用是势在必行的。The own job of university should be training student and scientific research, though in the national loan of student, the university is alsoto be benefited but to be benefited indirectly after all. Somaking it undertake the risk responsibility of breaking promise alone, which is not fair for it. Therefore, for ensuring the normal work, it is imperative to shift the risk responsibility of university, and make it play intermediary role in the national of student.
