摘　　要：面对高校学生就业市场不断变化的挑战 ,高校必须适应社会的需求 ,加快学科建设 ,加强学生学习方法的教学改革 ,培养学生的创新能力 ,提高学生的综合素质 ,强化学生的健康人格的培养 。This article is based on the relation between the change of the job market for the students of higher education and reform in teaching. It holds that in order to face the challenge of the change of the job market of the students of higher education, and to foster urgently the talents, higher education institutions must quickens course construction to adapt to social demands, improve the education method for study, train the creative ability, improves the synthetic character and cultivates the healthy personality, pushing forward the teaching reformation.
