摘　　要：PQDD是美国UMI公司出版的博、硕士论文数据库, ProQuest学位论文全文数据库是由国内部分高校、学术研究单位和公共图书馆共同采购PQDD中部分学位论文的全文, 集成的一个博士论文全文数据库。文章对这两个数据库的特点、访问方式、检索界面、原文获取等方面进行介绍并加以比较, 以方便用户的使用。PQDD is the database on doctor's and master's dissertations,which is published by the America UMI company.ProQuest is the full text database on doctor's dissertations.Which is the part of the PQDD database,and is purchased by the universities,and public libraries.This paper discusses and compares the two databases on the characteristic,the way of access,the interfacial retrieve and the textual acquirement.
