虫草酒的致突变性研究

摘　　要：本试验对虫草酒的致突变性进行了研究。试验结果表明:虫草酒的剂量在3.75ml/kg、1.88ml/kg时,微核试验阴性,精子畸变试验阴性。浓度为10μl/皿、100μl/皿、500μl/皿时,Ames试验阴性。The mutagenicity of cordyceps wine was studied in this paper. The results showed that the micronuclens test and sperm abnormality test were negative when doses were 3.75ml/kg, 1.88ml/kg, 0.94ml/kg and Ames tests were nagative when the doses were 10ul/plate, 100ul/plate, 500ul/plate respectively. These findings suggest that cordyceps wine is not an enviromental mutagenic substance.
