摘  要:应用二次旋转回归试验设计,研究了乙烯利、赤霉素、甲哌嗡3种物质对雄先型核桃雄花的疏除效果,用系统学原理与方法求得了优化组合方案,并根据优化组合方案比较了不同组合疏除核桃雄花的动态变化过程及其效果。结果表明:乙烯利和甲哌嗡在雄花序萌动—伸长期配合使用,可以使核桃雄花在用药后24h开始大量脱落,100h以内累计脱落率达80%以上。It was studied the effects of ethrel, gibberellins and 1,1-dimethylpiperidinium chloride on the thinning walnut male flower through quadratic rotated combination design.An optimizing combining measurement was obtained by systematic theory and its method, and the combining measurements were compared for their effects of thinning walnut male flower dynamics and rate. Results of the experiment showed that walnut male flower was thinned tremendous in 24 hour, and in 100 hour the accumulative thinning rate up to 80% by ethrel and 1,1-dimethylpiperidinium chloride mixed sprinkling at walnut male flower set from geminating to elongating stage.
