摘 要:目的 探讨脊神经节(DRG)损伤时,DRG和脊髓背角 (SDH)神经肽SP和VIP含量和分布变化的特点,以及该变化与神经行为异常改变之间的关系。方法 健康家兔 60只,实验分为:手术对照组;机械性压迫损伤组;炎性损伤组和正常对照组。采用放免和免疫组化法测定DRG和SDH中神经肽SP和VIP含量和分布特点。结果 伤侧SDH和DRG中SP显著增加(P<0. 05),伤侧DRG的VIP含量显著增加(P<0. 05)。结论 ①伤侧SDH和DRG中SP显著增加在DRG炎症损伤所介导的伤侧肢体痛觉过敏异常表现中起重要作用。②伤侧DRG的VIP改变则与神经组织炎症反应,修复和再生相关。Objective To investigate the changes of neuropeptides in dorsal horn of spinal cord(SDH) and dorsal root ganglia (DRG), and the relations between the changes of neuropeptides and abnormal neuro-behavior changes.Methods The sixty health rabbits were divided into four groups: sham-operative; mechanical compression; inflammatory and control group. The immunocytochemical and radioimmunoassay methods were used to study the neuropeptides quantity and distribution feature in DRG and SDH.Results The obviously increase of SP in the injured side of SDH and DRG(P<0.05),The obviously increase of VIP in the injured side of DRG (P<0.05). Conclusions The increase of SP in the SDH and DRG plays a pivotal role in producing and maintaining the extremity by peralgesia in injured side. The changes of VIP was related to inflammtory reactions, regeneration and recovery.
