摘　　要：本章以自组织竞争人工神经网络为工具 ,对全国各省的公路交通运输发展现状水平进行了聚类分析。此分类对各省发展制定下一阶段发展战略具有一定的全局指导性。通过直截利用人工神经网络中的工具箱函数 ,进行编程 ,能迅速得到正确、简明的结果 。The paper uses Self-organizing NNs as tools to cluster the level of present transportation-development of all the provinces in our country.This clustering for every province's development can instruct the development-strategy of next step.Using directly tools-function of neural network,editing process,we can get right and concise results quickly,which can direct the right by using Self-organizing NNs to solve such problem of clustering.
