摘　　要：现代教育赋予大学班主任新的内涵,要求班主任具有近乎完美的人格及丰富的知识。本文分析了做好大学班主任工作应具备的最基本的几个方面,一是班主任自身的素质,二是班主任在班集体中所扮演的角色,三是班主任工作的方法与策略。Modern education gives the university class director new intension, requires the director to have almost perfect personality and abundant knowledge. Several basic respects have been mentioned in this paper for a qualified, competent class director. First, the director's own quality, second, the role whom the director acts in class, third, the method and tactics that the director uses.
