摘　　要：从中小企业的具体情况出发,对企业能够成功实施ERP(EnterpriseResourcePlanning)的一些关键因素进行初步探讨,主要从确立企业的信息化管理和运用信息的意识、重视业务流程重组和规划、重视ERP的具体实施前后数据的管理等几个方面来探讨。只有理解这些实施ERP的重要因素,才能在众多因素中找出关键的因素,进而能更好地把握全局。The article talks about our middle and small enterprise in real situation. How to succeed in implement ERP, we discuss several key element: The consciousness of confirmation informationization and make use of information in our middle and small enterprise. The enterprise should think highly of business process reengineering(BPR). Before and after implementing ERP, we should think highly of base and integrate data's management. Only we understand those key elements, we might grasp the overall situation.
