羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察羊膜移植手术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对38例44眼翼状胬肉按常规方法切除胬肉组织,巩膜裸露区采用保存的人羊膜移植。术后随访4～18个月。结果41眼术后角膜透明光滑,无新生血管,巩膜区结膜覆盖良好,充血消失。手术成功率932%,3眼复发(68%)。结论羊膜移植手术联合丝裂霉素C是治疗翼状胬肉理想的、复发率低的手术方法。Objective To evaluate the treatment of pterygium with amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C(MMC).Methods 38 cases(44 eyes) with pterygium were treated with preserved amniotic membrane and mitomycin.The excision of pterygium was performed routinely,preserved human amniotic membrane transplanted into the braed selera.With a follow-up of 4～18 months.Results The cornea of 41 eyes were transparent,non-neovascularization.The sclera was covered well and conjunctiva congestion disappeared.The successful rate of operation was 93.2%.3 eyes(6.8%) occurred again postoperatively.Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C is a reasonable therapeutic method for treatment of pterygium with low recurrent rate.
