碱蓬籽油萃取和精炼中试研究

摘　　要：碱蓬是生长在沿海滩涂上的耐海水植物 ,其籽中含有一定量的油脂。采购碱蓬籽 15 0 0kg ,在 3m3的萃取罐中用 5号溶剂 (沸程 30～ 6 0℃ )进行中间试验。试验结果表明 ,未经分选的碱蓬籽原料中粗脂肪含量 13.9% ,毛油萃取率达 93% ;精炼所得的成品油中亚油酸含量达 70 % ,α -亚麻酸 6 %左右 ,油酸 11%。Suaeda salsa is a plant with salt tolerance,and its seed contains certain oils.The pilot study was performed in an extractor by extracting suaeda salsa seed(1 500 kg)with 5~# solvent(boiling range 30～60℃).The results showed that the crude fat content in suaeda salsa seed was 13.9%,the yield efficiency of crude oil was 93%.In refined finished product,the content of linoleic acid,α-linolenic acid and oleic acid was 70%,6% and 11%,respectively.It is possible to extract suaeda salsa seed oil by solvent with low boiling point.
