摘 要:[目的]为防范疯牛病和羊瘙痒病通过化妆品在我国的传播,对进口及国产化妆品中的牛羊成分进行了检测。[方法]应用PCR方法扩增市售国产和进口化妆品中的牛、羊特异性基因片段。[结果]7份国产化妆品均未检出牛羊源性成分,而13份进口化妆品,检出牛源成分3份,未检出羊源成分。[结论]市售国产化妆品未检出牛羊源成分,而市售进口化妆品含有可能导致疯牛病的牛源成分。[Objective] In order to control the spread of bovine spongiform encephalopathy and scrapie by cosmetic in China, bovine and sheep materials from imported and homemade cosmetic were determined.[Methods] PCR was used to amplify the specific fragment of bovine and sheep mitochondrial DNA. [Results] Bovine and sheep materials were not detected in all 7 samples of homemade cosmetic, while in 13 samples of imported cosmetic,bovine material of 3 samples was positive, but the sheep material was not detected. [Conclusion] Homemade cosmetic tested is bovine and sheep material free,and a few samples of imported cosmetic contain the bovine materials which may lead to bovine spongiform encephalopathy.
