摘 要:本文用穴位针感“蓝点”标记法和免疫组织化学方法,研究了穴位针感与神经肽(SP、VIP、NPY)的关系,结果为:①针感可出现于自皮肤到骨膜的各个层次;神经(肽能)、血管二者出现率和针感的出现率完全一致。②三种肽能神经及其终末分支,穿行于穴位的深、浅层各种组织之间,呈串珠状,常随血管分布;也有肽能游离末梢分布在表皮、毛囊和骨骼肌中。③电针后,脊髓背角的神经肽含量,针刺侧多于非针刺侧(p<0.01)。总之,肽能神经是产生针感的重要结构之一,肽类物质参与针感过程并可能与针感的慢传导性有关。This article describes a research into the relation of ncuropcptidcs (SP, VIP, NPY)with needling sensation rcsponse of acupoints by the method of 'blue point' labeling of needling sensation and immunohistochemical technique. The results are as follows. 1. Necdling sensations could occur at different. depths from the skin to the periosteum. The occurrence of needling sensation was completely in keeping with the location of pcptidergic nerves and blood vessels. 2. Three kinds of pcptidergic nerves and their terminal branches were seen to pass by tissues at different depths of acupoints in the form of a bead string around the blood vessels. There are also free endings of peptidergic nerves distributed in the epidcrmis of skin, hairfolliclcs and skeletal muscles. 3. After the electro-needling treatment, the neuropeptidc content in the posterior gray column of spinal cord was found obviously greater in theacupunctured side then in the non-acu-puncturcd side (P<0.01). Conclusion:1) The peptidergic ncrvc is one of important structures for the production of needling sensation. 2)The participation of neuropeptides in the process of acupuncture may be the cause of the slow propagation of needling sensation.
